Billy S. Allen, M.S.W., A.P.P.; Billy completed his undergraduate studies concentration in Social Work and minor in Government Law at Gallaudet University.

Mark Valkonen is hard of hearing with a moderate to severe hearing loss, and has worn hearing aids most of his life. He has a Masters Degree in Computer Science, and has worked for several large corporations.

Joseph Cordova, M.A., Executive Director has been with The CEEE for two years, serving as a volunteer board consultant and grant writer.

Karen Ferrington is a human resource development (HRD) specialist with the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) where she has been employed for 15 years. She worked as a VR counselor and VR supervisor before becoming the Division’s training officer in 2005.

Larry Gehring is employed by the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) as a Business Outreach Coordinator. He has worked for DVR since 2003 and prior to his present position, he worked as a Rehabilitation Counselor.

Joe Lewis brings more than 25 years experience in the field of employment for people with disabilities to his position as Organizational Consultant at CTAT.

Beth Newsom has worked for Kaiser Permanente Colorado since 1998. Currently, her primary role is Project Coordinator, where she facilitates coordination in areas of disease management, prevention, and quality.

Kris grew up in Naples, Florida, but ended up in Colorado in 2004 after leaving Wisconsin in search of better weather.

Hello, I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Dean Vincent and I work with the Department of Human Services, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation in the Northern Colorado area to include all of Larimer and Weld Counties.

I am a Business Outreach Specialist with the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation covering Adams, Boulder and Broomfield counties.
